- How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 6-18 day shipping period, depending on the items, order composition and delivery locations. In total, it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bear with us. We strive to ship all orders at the earliest. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!  

- Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a photograph of it to service@artwearusa.com along with your order number. If the item delivered to you would be faulty, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :). All we'd need would be a well-taken, clear picture of the faulty item.

- Not delivered on time

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting.
Our orders are delivered from our US or alternate factories that are closest to  the ordering customer, depending on the order demand and design. We usually ship the order from the factory within 2-3 days of receiving it. And it can take up to 10-12 days by the shipping companies to have your order reach you. But, in some cases it might be delayed due to postal issues. Every post office can't accommodate packages after a certain limit, hence the delays are caused.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about its status. You'll have the tracking details too, to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

- Wrong size received

If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size is selected by our customers when they place the order in a hurry. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.

- I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested

The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them, since we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please review your order before placing it, and re-check the cart for designs, products, sizes, colors and addresses. 

- Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on social media and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!

- Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship Worldwide, except to the restricted countries of Cuba, Iran, Libya, Lithuania, North Korea, Qatar, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, at this time.

- Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: service@artwearusa.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our earliest. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.  

- Where can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked on your order status page on our website and via the email you receive once the order is shipped.  

- Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.  

- How can I pay?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.  

- What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at service@artwearusa.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, we won't be able to re-ship that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!

- What about Foreign Taxes & Duties?

We are not liable for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded by your country's tax authorities, nor our shipping partners.
